The resort will be undergoing villa renovation beginning August 9 to November 16, 2026 in Hale 1 through 5 and January 10 to March 3, 2027 in Hale 6 through 8\. The construction will be done floor by floor for each Hale. A property wide fire alarm system upgrade will be completed at this time. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Resort amenities will remain open.

We loved the Marriott property. The staff was extremely attentive. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Pool and beach were perfect. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on property.

#### Excellent location and resort

We had a wonderful stay at this property and hope to be back soon! The staff were kind and incredibly helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances, including the washer and dryer were new and in great shape. The location could not possibly be better. We would visit the sea turtles on the beach in front of the hotel in the morning and evening.
