Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Experience nice tropical breezes and a gorgeous mountain view back drop. This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.

Enjoy mountain views from this 3-bedroom/3-bath home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 8 guests. The entire home has a sleek and modern design, open living space and upscale kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. Bedrooms are bright and airy. Enjoy the comfort of Air Conditioning for all bedrooms and the main living area. There are two primary suites each with a king bed, and a guestroom with a double bed & twin bed. There is an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a private backyard and oversized outdoor living space in the front and back. Shared driveway with the neighboring guest home (2 vehicle maximum for the main house). We are pleased to offer this as a new vacation rental.

For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents)

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.

Perfect Family Home

Great location, beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from just about all of Poipu’s shops, beaches, and restaurants. Exceptional open living room and kitchen area. Air conditioning worked very well and is room specific for temperature control. Amenities provided were well stocked and good quality. Our stay was perfect, communication was excellent and we look forward to staying again next time we are in Poipu!
