Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury! Experience nice tropical breezes and a gorgeous mountain view back drop. This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling. Enjoy mountain views from this 2-bd/1-bath guest home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 6 guests. One flight of stairs leads to this single level guest home. There is a full kitchen, spacious lanai, full size W/D on ground level, and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and TV, and the guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Shared driveway with the neighboring main home (1 vehicle maximum for this guest house). We are pleased to offer this vacation rental after a recent change in management. This is a strictly non-smoking property. CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 11:00am Additional guests and gatherings are not allowed. We recommend enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided. For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents). Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property. \*The hot tub is currently inoperable. \*\*Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm.
