It is small, clean and modern. The winds kept the place cool if the windows were kept open. Nice to have a garage with two bikes to cruise around with. Some of this may come from being a newer build, but they seemed to have amazing folk doing the cleaning and maintenance. There was zero signs of previous guests. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off sand from the long beach days. This place has everything we needed and has a great home feeling. The beach chairs, umbrella and bikes were a bonus.
