Had a great stay here. Nice place, quiet, great location, and had laundry on property. AC was a plus, feel like it is a must have in Poipu now (hotter than it used to be). Would recommend this property.

It is a high density tourist area. Everyone sleeps with the windows open. It can be a little noisy at night, depends on who is next door. The units are a little dated, but certainly very livable. Parking is tight.

Overall the place was ok. It's a bit tired. Lighting fixtures were dusty, remote for the TV was broken, windows very dirty, kitchen had an assorted collection of glass and dishware. There were a lot of stairs. There was no description mentioning 22 stairs at time of booking. Overall, it was ok but not great.
