Complex is a little dated, parking is tight and a bit limited. Pool is nice but cold as heater was broken when we visited. I would suggest a little loving care is needed. The ice machine was broken, the lock on the door didnt lock, but a handyman came and fixed it, very nice guy. Also the screen door downstairs needed replacing. I would love to have more plastic food containers for storage and plastic cups for patio use, also need updating to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. these arent a huge deal breaker, would just make for a perfect stay. we plan on returning next year and would love to stay again. we liked the entire set up of the condominium complex. thanks for a great vacation. maholo cynthia ##### Michael H. As someone who obsesses over reviews and accommodation choices I will say this exceeded my expectations! There was not one other property that I saw on this island that I thought had a better view. Turtles, stars, waves, lava rock, yes please. It’s easily walkable to 2 awesome beaches: one calm, one for boogie boarding. Great layout, the only bed that hasn’t hurt my back in years, well equipped kitchen, private. Parking is the only downfall. Knowing this ahead of time plan on a smaller car if you can or have your people get out before parking. We are a family of 5 so we had a little larger vehicle. Save yourself time and just book it! Walking distance to the beach, easy access to the airport, restaurants and activities. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. It was amazing falling asleep to the waves crashing on the cliffs. Based on reviews, I was worried about the parking situation. It was never a problem for us. It was quiet. The view was spectacular. It was so nice to sit and watch sea turtles while drinking a cup of coffee. The condo included beach chairs and boogie boards, which was very helpful. It is just a short walk to Poipu Beach. We love the location and the modern style of the home. The end unit is great with privacy and quietness. The kitchen has everything that we would need to prepare a few hardy meals during our stay. The ocean views were amazing; the beds were comfortable; the unit was very clean; the kitchen supplies were all top notch; beaches were close by, etc., etc. The management company, Great Vacation Resorts, was wonderful and provided excellent service and communication. ##### Joan G. Place is almost too nice to where you don't want to leave so might be better off renting your 2nd time to Poipu which was the case for us. The property overall is well kept and the pool was very nice. I will stay here again whenever visiting Poipu. Better than any room you could get at the Grand Hyatt next door. ##### Henry H. AC downstairs was out for most the trip but was fixed our last night. Dishwasher was out of order all trip as well. Some dishes were left dirty in the cabinets but not a huge deal, probably the previous person that stayed there. Interior and bed was decent but parking was very, very, very tight. ##### Dylan H. The condo was exactly as described. Recently remodeled and very nice. The best feature of the property is the second floor balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw multiple green sea turtles any time we looked, floating on the waves. Several times we saw groups of manta rays swimming by. The condo is well stocked with beach gear and we didn't need to rent anything. It's a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The majority of the restaurants we went to are a less than 10 minute drive from the property. Overall wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again in the future. ##### andy e.
