Beautiful Views, Walk To Beaches And Restaurants

Poipu Vista Villa is a custom designed home in Poipu Kai Resort. Ocean and mountain views are just the beginning for this Hawaiian paradise. The incredible design of this home literally brings the outdoors in, creating a place to relax in peace and privacy with beautiful panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea from the living area and wrap around lanai.

Upon your arrival you will know that you are 'Somewhere Special'. A 40 foot wall of glass paneled mahogany doors lead out into your very own private tropical garden with a lava rock sunken spa and pond with a walkway that winds you through a rainbow of colored tropical flowers and palms. The lushly landscaped grounds include orchids, tropical plants, banana and palm trees which greet you swaying in the gentle breezes.

When you finally make your way back indoors you will find it tastefully appointed in a Modern design reflecting style and grace with tile flooring and a open Hawaiian style, spacious floor plan. A custom gourmet kitchen with an island and granite counter tops over Sapele cabinets and breakfast bar seating for six persons. The dining area has seating for up to 10 persons at a formal but relaxed setting.

Poipu Vista Villa is set up on two levels which offers privacy to families traveling together and is ideal for family reunions. The first level is an Ohana, which has a separate entrance. This apartment includes two of the bedrooms and a bathroom along with a full second kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances including a large side by side refrigerator freezer with water and ice in the door, microwave and full oven and stove.

A great home for our group of three families. Appreciated the downstairs apartment with own entry. Plenty of space for the group to spread out. Five minute walk to the beach. Great view of the mountains from the front deck. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky with three cars, but we made it work.

Family of 11 celebrating parents 50th wedding anniversary, ages 7-70. Beautiful home. Actually two separate levels and the grandkids loved the downstairs all to themselves. We cooked many meals in the huge kitchen dining area. Walking distance to beaches and the community pool was nice too.

Terrific getaway

This was a spectacular home in an ideal location. We walked to the pool and beaches daily and found everything we needed in the home. It was ideal for myself, my children and 6 grandchildren--ages 1-13. I highly recommend staying here and working with Wendy--she was most helpful and responsive.

Beautiful house in great location!

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and this house was perfect for us! We had 3 young families with children ranging from just under 2 to 7 years old and this house had everything we would need. We loved having all of the things we needed to take to the beach including chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, body boards, puddle jumpers and a wago to tote it all. The deck was so nice to sit out on and had beautiful views. This is a prime location with easy access to many great places in Kauai. Would love to come back some day!

The Poipu Vista Villa is a large family oriented home with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 11. It was such a treat to vacation in this gorgeous, luxurious, peaceful, and spacious home with our extended family! The house had everything that you could have asked for. The views were amazing. I can’t say enough about what an Amazing property this is. Wendy was a wonderful host providing us with “island favorites” for food and exploring before checking in. The home home was very spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! It was everything we hoped for! We were furnished with all the necessities we could ask for from kitchen appliances, to beach towels and beach equipment. Everything was included. The location was also perfect. The Kawaii We Will Never Forget!

Just WOW!

Absolutely incredible home, even more spectacular than the pictures. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details in addition to the big-ticket features. The kitchen is loaded with everything we needed including super helpful extras like Tupperware, pantry items, and welcome beer and wine. So nice! The house is simply fantastic. It was great to have a separate unit downstairs for our large family gathering. So many different nooks and crannies for morning coffee and cocktail hour. The kids loved exploring and taking over the downstairs when the adults got too adultish. Wendy is such a generous host. Instant replies to any needs we had. Her on-island manager was also extra special. They were so kind to accommodate our needs. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was the perfect location for a splurge vacation celebrating my mom’s 80th. We hope to be back soon!

Post COVID Family Getaway

We took our entire family for a visit in Kauai, a total of 8 adults and my 3-year-old granddaughter. I spent quite some time reviewing homes in Poipu. My daughter-in-law had some specific things she didn’t want for the safety of my granddaughter. From day one, the owner, Wendy, answered every single question I posed to her regarding covers on hot tubs and availability of bedding and other items for toddlers. Wendy was prompt in getting back with answering my questions, no matter how trivial they were. I very much appreciated that!The house was nothing short of AMAZING. My family was absolutely wowed by the layout, view and all of the little touches that were there for us to enjoy. We had a few smaller issues arise after arrival and everything was promptly taken care of by either Wendy or her property manager, Lauren. The views were beyond amazing! Every morning and evening started and ended with us gathering on the large deck to watch the sunrise or the amazing color of the sky in the evening light.We had plenty of room and everyone felt like they had their own personal space. Having the lower unit separate space worked out great for our son and his friend.The only thing that I dreaded was the driveway. It was extremely steep and we bottomed out our vehicle every time we left and returned. High profile vehicle would work best.LOVED our stay here and would definitely return again!

Our New Favorite!

My family and I have been traveling to Kauai a few times a year for 28 years. My parents live across the street from Wendy and Nick’s home and we’ve stayed in many rental homes in Poipu. This home is our favorite!
