Poipu Vista Villa is a custom designed home in Poipu Kai Resort. Ocean and mountain views are just the beginning for this Hawaiian paradise. The incredible design of this home literally brings the outdoors in, creating a place to relax in peace and privacy with beautiful panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea from the living area and wrap around lanai.

Upon your arrival you will know that you are 'Somewhere Special'. A 40 foot wall of glass paneled mahogany doors lead out into your very own private tropical garden with a lava rock sunken spa and pond with a walkway that winds you through a rainbow of colored tropical flowers and palms. The lushly landscaped grounds include orchids, tropical plants, banana and palm trees which greet you swaying in the gentle breezes.

When you finally make your way back indoors you will find it tastefully appointed in an Modern design reflecting style and grace with tile flooring and a open Hawaiian style, spacious floor plan. A custom gourmet kitchen with an island and granite counter tops over Sapele cabinets and breakfast bar seating for six persons. The dining area has seating for up to 10 persons at a formal but relaxed setting.

Poipu Villa Vista is set up on two levels which offers privacy to families traveling together and is ideal for family reunions. The first level is an Ohana, which has a separate entrance through French doors. This apartment includes two of the bedrooms and a bathroom along with a full second kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances including a large side by side refrigerator freezer with water and ice in the door, microwave and full oven and stove.

Family of 11 celebrating parents 50th wedding anniversary, ages 7-70. Beautiful home. Actually two separate levels and the grandkids loved the downstairs all to themselves. We cooked many meals in the huge kitchen dining area. Walking distance to beaches and the community pool was nice too.

Beautiful house in great location!

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and this house was perfect for us! We had 3 young families with children ranging from just under 2 to 7 years old and this house had everything we would need. We loved having all of the things we needed to take to the beach including chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, body boards, puddle jumpers and a wago to tote it all. The deck was so nice to sit out on and had beautiful views. This is a prime location with easy access to many great places in Kauai. Would love to come back some day!

Beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Loved all the windows and doors that opened to a deck with an amazing view. Everything went smoothly and would definitely stay here again.

Terrific getaway

This was a spectacular home in an ideal location. We walked to the pool and beaches daily and found everything we needed in the home. It was ideal for myself, my children and 6 grandchildren--ages 1-13. I highly recommend staying here and working with Wendy--she was most helpful and responsive.

Family getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families of 10! We loved the openess and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The driveway is definitely a climb, but as long as you approached and left at an angle it wasn't too bad. It was a great week!!

Amazing home!

It was such a treat to vacation in this gorgeous, luxurious, peaceful, and spacious home with our extended family! The house had everything that you could have asked for. The views were amazing. Wonderful beaches and a great community pool/spa were within a 10 minute walk. The property manager was super nice and very accommodating. Minor issues were quickly addressed. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect house for a large family vacation

The house was perfect for 10 people. Décor, location, ambiance, and size was amazing. We will be using this location again for sure. The kitchen is very update. The best part is the huge balcony where you can sit and enjoy a sunset or sunrise and the beautiful scenery while enjoying a gentle Hawaiian breeze.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in the perfect location on Kauai

We don’t want to leave this beautiful house!! Our week long stay to celebrate my Hawaii Five 0 Birthday could not have been any better. This property was the highlight of our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we could easily walk to beaches. We drove sometimes too and found parking fairly easy. Everything we needed was available to us for a fabulous visit to Hawaii!

Loved It!

The location of this property was perfect for us. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted! We had 8 adults and three children, and there was enough space for everyone. We loved using the hot tub in the evenings, and enjoyed the spacious kitchen, dining, and living room upstairs. We would rent this property again.

The Poipu Vista Villa is a large family oriented home with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 11. It is perfectly located in the Poipu Kai Resort area, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Sand toys for the kids were provided along with a crib and stroller. We had a wonderful vacation. Thee most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at.

This home is amazing. It blows your mind. The views from the balcony to the back yard. The home is large and spacious. But the location is amazing. The beaches around are beautiful. Kid friendly and adult friendly. Many Restaurants within 1-3 miles. Shopping also. I can’t say enough about our stay. It was a trio of a lifetime for evryone who went.

Our family of 12, ages 2 - 76 had an amazing week here. The house was perfect for our 4 families. The 2 families with the children under 10 stayed downstairs and had quiet places for early bedtimes and naps. Those 20 and over group were upstairs. We all enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful garden. The house is well equipped for cooking for our large group. This was our second visit and we all want to come back here again soon!

Great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Upper floor is amazing. Great style with windows providing views you want during your stay. The lower level provides amenities need for your stay but it's not comparable to the upper level. Needs updating to catch up. We reached out a couple times to property owners/ managers and the response was always prompt. You will love your stay here. Very short walk to Shipwreck Beach. We drove all over the island and this property is on the best area. Wonderful. Thank you!

Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful home accommodated all 9 of us. The Grandchildren, all teens, liked having the lower level all to themselves, and the spacious kitchen allowed several people to prepare meals together. The lanai offered beautiful views of the mountains and the backyard felt like a tropical garden including a hot tub. The only challenge was learning to navigate the steep driveway, especially when it rained. The location was in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and the ocean front luau. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely home as a vacation Paradise!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for my children and grandchildren. Such a great property for families. Everything that we needed was supplied for us. All beach supplies including chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and supplies for everyone. Crib, high chair, pack and play all ready for our use. The beautiful short walk to Poipu or Shipwreck beach on the Greenway was a fun time for all. Thanks! Hope to return soon!!
