BLUE OCEAN VIEW 172 BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS OCEAN VIEW CONDO W/ A/C TREAT YOURSELF!!

This " BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS OCEAN VIEW CONDO With A/C" is a "TWO MINUTE" walk to the beach and has been fully remodeled from floor to ceiling. Unit 172 building 26 is a top floor corner unit of a two story building with a nice ocean view. You have a nice view of the pond that sits on the property from your Lani as well. Enjoy the extra airflow and added privacy by way of this top floor corner unit in a low rise two-story building with great vaulted ceiling’s. The front door is located at the end of the hallway so there is nobody walking by the door or in a unit above you,, lots of privacy! Three sides of this one bedroom one bathroom condominium are open by way of louver doors and or windows to be able to take advantage of the trade winds. This turn key condominium is steps away from the beautiful sandy beach that our resort sits on. Other amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach athletic club, 24 hours of security, complementary towel and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, Internet access and more. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. There will be an additional $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. They will email you after hours check in instructions. The number is 808-742-6411. For larger groups, please check out our other Condo on property, which is Kiahuna Beach House #50. We just purchased this condo in February 2025. We did a complete renovation which was finished April 2025. This condo is brand new and just as nice as Unit 172. It is a ground floor corner unit that has a beautiful view of the twin bridges in the center of the property.

Loved that this condo has a gorgeous ocean view and is so close to the beach. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers at the Lava’s pool bar next door and spent many evenings watching the sunset on lounge chairs at the property. The AC unit made for a comfortable stay. Be sure to bring salt/pepper/spices if you plan to cook. Otherwise; the kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, cookware, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Blue Ocean View did not disappoint...in fact it won us over. Darin's condo is well done, outfitted nicely, and is a really nice location. The corner position under the tree with a few of the ocean couldn't be more sublime. It made our short stay perfectly relaxing.We also enjoyed the location in Poipu with easy access to Koloa and points further west.This will be tops on our list for a return visit!

Nice condo in Poipu

Comfortable and updated condo with ocean view in established resort area. Walking distance to Poipu shopping village and beach is just a walk across the grounds.

Tropical Paradise

This was a fabulous place to stay to enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai. The property is on the beach, the second floor has a nice little view of the waves crashing on the shore. We loved everything about this place!

Perfect paradise getaway

Great condo, nicely furnished with a lovely shade tree over the deck to sit and enjoy the peek-a-boo view of the ocean. We’ve stayed at Kiahuna before and love the beautiful setting and gardens. We hope to book this condo again in the future! Great host and location.

First stay in Kauai

The Kiahuna Plantation property has lovely grass areas connecting the entire property. The condo was perfect. We enjoyed time on the balcony throughout the day as we watched the rolling waves of Poipu beach. Sleep is so important so the fantastic mattress and pillows were a win! The kitchen has everything to accomodate any length of stay. We used the barbeques for our dinner a few nights so we could stay in and relax and watch the sunset from the property. Thank you!

An amazing, clean, well equipped condo with a killer view. The location can’t be beat. Darrin is a responsive and wonderful host. I’d love to tell you more but I almost don’t want to share my gem so I can return again!! Best in poipu for sure!

Great location and views

Location of Kiahuna Plantation in Poipu is ideal. Close to the beach and such a beautiful view. The little walk to the beach across the green, green grass is heavenly. The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. We would go stay again!

Location is great with a small view of the ocean just steps from the beach. Access to the athletic club was a very nice bonus. Proximity to places to eat and shop was perfect. We will be back and will definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Retreat in Every Way

This was our first time in Kauai and we picked a perfect place to stay ! The unit has everything you need and is in a perfect location. You can see Poipu beach from the lanai and you are a short drive to restaurants and shops. The unit is super clean, the grounds are so beautiful and the owner is very responsive.

Dream Escape

We enjoyed oir stay in this beautifully decorated and furnished unit. All that you need to make your meals is there for you... even a blender to make your own Margaritas. The locstion is excelent as the beach is about 2min walk and you get a view from the balcony if the beach to get an idea of how busy it is.The restsurant options are excellent. If you habe a car you can drive to a variety of nearby spots to get delicious sushi, shaved ice, local dishes, great coffee and local farmer's market.And if all of that wasn't enough, the Poipu Athletic Club is available, within walking distance, to get your workout in or to play tennis/pickleball. Yoga classes are also available. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Kiahuna 172

Wonderful condo. Great location, beautifully remodeled and very important, Air conditioning. Enjoyed our stay here very much! Close to everything on the south side. Wonderful gym facilities and pool across street for our use.Poipu mall also across street, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to a lot of resorts and the area of beach the turtles come in every night. Will be back! 😊

Excellent Condo!

This condo is perfect! The view is beautiful! My husband and I absolutely loved the way it has been remodeled. It is fresh and clean and so beachy! I love the location. The A/C worked quite nicely, however we did get a bit warm at night so a small fan might be needed. It was really the nicest condo I have rented. Loved it!

Great Condo at Kiahuna Plantation!!

My wife and I stayed here for 24 days. Awesome unit that has been recently remodeled. Very comfortable king bed, and living room furniture with a new large flat screen TV. Beautiful shaded lanai to relax in the mornings and late afternoons. Super close to the beach. Kitchen had all the cutlery, pots, pans and plates, etc.. Bottom line? A beautiful unit in an awesome location!

Amazing condo and property!

Great condo and location right on the beach! The condo looks exactly like the pictures, the renovations are very nice as is the addition of AC. We stayed in July and the AC was great to have as it was hot. The check in/out process was very easy. There is a key pad, not an actual key, which is convenient so you don’t have to keep track of one. The property is gorgeous! It’s very well maintained. We stayed for 8 nights; we had two towel changes, a linen change, and vacuumed which was great. The Kauai Surf School on the property was great too. We rented boogie boards and an umbrella for the week, very reasonably priced. You get beach towels (free) from there too. The condo has two beach chairs, one boogie board, and two coolers to use on the beach. There’s also one yoga mat, an ironing board, and an iron/steamer. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and resorts. The use of the beach club across the street was great too. It’s within walking distance; small but very nice. We were two adults and one child (10 yo) and the place was perfect. The property has a lot of families with younger children. The condo is not facing the lawn or ocean directly but tucked in a quiet corner and you can still see the ocean from the deck. Darin is a great host! We had a little trouble working the AC the first day and he responded right away. The property is very responsive too; the cable box needed to be replaced and they did it right away. We can’t wait to stay again!
