Aloha and welcome to our condo in sunny Poipu, Kauai. This privately owned, well maintained air conditioned one bedroom unit is just Steps from the Beach!!! You can relax on the lanai while you enjoy the beautiful ocean view. It's perfect for couples and great for your honeymoon. The living room has great views of the gardens and the pool. You can hear the ocean waves from the bedroom at night or Relax on the Lanai with Beautiful Ocean View's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard 30' Stove and Microwave. New 40 inch LCD TV with HD channels for your enjoyment in the living room. In addition, I just installed a new 27 inch TV in the bedroom. All TV's have a Blue Ray player There are two sandy beaches across the street. Swimming with the sea turtles and observing the whales and monk seals is within 100 feet of the condo. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy complete with picnic tables. There are a variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area. Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town or Poipu Shopping Village. Don't forget to visit Spouting Horn and the Botanical Gardens within walking distance. Just minutes away is golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor there is open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing. The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm. ##### Emily E. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could need. We ate all our meals on the lanai, watching and listening to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the owner's art in the condo, beautiful and added a personal touch. We've stayed in PK many times, but this was our first time in #213\. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Everything was as represented. We liked that 1) AC, 2) Parking structure, 3) Sun blinds on both ends, 4) Wash/Dry in unit. The local property management team was very proactive in communication. I forgot to display the parking pass one evening and received a courtesy note the next morning. I liked that someone was paying attention as the parking is very limited in this area.
