A modern house in the heart of the village perfect for quiet getaways and gatherings. It has a large yard with ample of parking space as well as enough space to play badminton or other sports.  
  
This house includes all the basic amenities with shops nearby as well as tourist locations such as Ashtamudi Lake, Kakkathuruthu island entangled within beautiful backwaters in addition to the well-known Munroe island.  
  
You will be in the heart of the village and there will be nice places to walk to. To the west, you have Ashtamudi Lake (3km) , to the north, Munroe Island (5.2km) and Kakkathuruthu island (5.5km).  
Kollam city is 9km away and Varkala 33km.
