I want my money back. This is awful and nasty hotel. This hotel is 10 -12 miles away from main road. Horrible customer service and hotel condition. I checked in this hotel and left the luggage to find a new one. I moved to a different hotel (Hyatt) to spent the night. I wonder how hotels.com kept this kind of hotel in the list for customer to choose. Being US citizen, I did not feel safe at all on this hotel.
