Clean, comfortable and convenient

We did not mention anything about my birthday but I think they saw it in my reservation and surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday card. Truly was not expecting anything like that to happen but it was greatly appreciated and very kind of them. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and everything worked. Internet was fast for social media and looking up places on Google. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is in the heart of old town, a stones throw away from the Astronomical Clock, so expect crowds on your way to the hotel. By no means a negative, but something to be aware of if you don’t like big crowds. Overall the Dominican was clean, presentable, convenient, safe, and cozy.

This is an older hotel with beautiful rooms and great ambiance. The huge and tasty breakfast buffet was held in the restaurant whose walls are covered with beautiful ceramic tiles. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests.

This is a cute apartment on the ground floor in a great location. There is a pullout sofa bed on the main floor, and a cot & bed upstairs in the loft area. I stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends and it was fine. It is crowded with 5, but maneagble. It was in a very quiet building and the owner was great, he had maps of Prague available and gave great suggestions on places to visit & times.

Convenient, nice Breakfast. Antique which was fine but musty. Description says elevator-deceiving-only goes up a floor and a half. Don’t book if you have trouble going up steps. Tremendous amount of steps so needed to change rooms and were put in a cracker box room. VIP hotel and Expedia gold customer but no amenities and no upgrade. Lied to us when 3 clerks said that they would credit us a night stay because we had to leave early. Told them at check in and 2 other days that we had to leave 1 day early from our 5 night stay. Messaged them after checkout because no credit received. They lied again and said that it’s the first they heard of the issue. We wouldn’t stay there again.
