When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.

The room didn't have the usual amenities, the bed was really uncomfortable, and they had price tags on everything-- even on a bottle of water. There was no water fountain / filling machine on the floor, so you just had to drink ..."
