40 km north of Kolari, lake Pikku-Kaupinjärvi 400 m, lake Äkäslompolo 1 km, swimming beach 1,5 km. Log duplex apartment located in the Äkäslompolo village Helukka-Ristimella area. Location is a peaceful area.   
  
Log duplex apartment, built 1990\. Livingroom, kitchen, two alcow (folding doors), each with 120 cm bed, two lofts (one 14 m² and one 9 m²) each with two separate beds, electric sauna, shower, separate toilet. Heated ski maintenance space; ski stand and heater.
