The premises are divided into three floors: The middle floor has a lounge, kitchen, sauna facilities, and one two-person bedroom. The top floor has five two-person bedrooms, each with its own toilet/shower. The bottom floor has technical facilities, a utility room, and a single bedroom. The large apartment has a spacious sauna area and an adjoining fireplace room. The apartments have wired and wireless internet access (fiber optic); each bedroom has a wired connection. The living rooms and fireplace room have televisions with basic channels as well as Canal+, Perhe HD, and MTV Total. There is a video projector in the living room.
