"Overall an excellent stay!"

"Check-in was speedy and efficient when we asked about transport to the airport very early the next morning. The car was available straight away at 3.50 am and the journey took just 5 mins at a cost of 590 rupees ( approx £5) . We thought that much easier than arranging a taxi at that time in the morning. The man who delivered our luggage to the room was very helpful and the room was totally satisfactory with a good shower and bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfy. In room dining was very good and the pizza was delivered in about 30mins. The person who delivered the food was very nice and would not accept a tip which I thought was exceptional.My only criticism was that I could not hear very well when I used the phone for in-room dining, I had to keep asking them to speak up."

"I booked through hotel.com and prepaid at an agreed price, when I checked in I was asked to pay more per day, duty manager told me they can’t accept the price hotel.com offered and either I pay or deal with hotel.com, I raised this with hotel.com however they just apologised and did nothing, no business ever with either going forward "

"The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained very well. The staff is well trained and courteous. The food was great. It was a great stay overall. My only peeve was that loud music is played near the pool area all day. The pool is centrally located, so there is never a quiet, relaxing time near the pool or the outdoor restaurant area. Everything else was excellent. "
