2-room apartment on the sea wall, 1st floor (elevator). The apartment has beautiful sea views and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Wifi and digital TV. Pets are not allowed. Layout Hall, living room with beautiful sea views, open kitchen with every comfort, toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with double bed and private sink, bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
