Apartment on the sunny side, on the ground floor of Residentie Verdi. Not only quiet location, but also near the beach and public transport (coastal streetcar De Panne-Knokke).   
  
Spacious living room with open and fully equipped kitchen. Sun terrace at the front and back of the apartment. Two full bedrooms, the first room is equipped with a box spring, the second room with a bunk bed for 3 persons. As an added bonus, there is a comfortable sofa bed. There is also the bathroom with bathtub/shower and single sink.  
  
Underground and enclosed garage with bicycle storage included. Free parking in front of the building.
