With 2.5 bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone. The lovely interior includes heating and AC, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron, a fully stocked kitchen, a fully fenced backyard with a gazebo. This house is located in a mixed residental commercial area only minutes from downtown, only 5 minutes from the kokomo speedway, 10 minutes from the grand park and 40 minutes from championship park, we are across from the old lumber yard which is now an empty lot with a view of the north side water tower and the spires of the church located just a moment away, it feels like a home away from home. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Kokomo and our excellent house has to offer.
