"I did not expect thatcthiscwas not an Americal style hotel. The beds were too low to the floor and mattress was too firm. The room chairs were plastic. No boiling pot, no coffee, no hair dryer, toilet paper was on top of medicine cabinet. No holder. Had to go through my phone to connect to TV."

"Exceptional! Our flight diverted at 9:00pm. There is no ground transport at the airport for an unplanned arrival. The owner of the hotel picked us up and drove us back the next morning. We have never stayed at a hotel so clean. The owners don’t just put hard work into the property, they put love! "
"The property is great and so as the staff. What I didn’t understand was, the washer and dryer is not available unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I chose this place because I wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer and that’s exactly what was on Expedia. However, upon checking in and you’re staying for less than 3 nights, you would have to pay extra to be able to use the washer and dryer. This is something that’s not stipulated in Expedia."

"I love this hotel. Beautiful, clean (the staff clean everything every day), artfully designed. Love that the bathroom had a bidet. It’s right on Micro Beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I love everything about it!"
