Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

Hotel close to everything...the hustle and bustle.

Hotel close to everything...the hustle and bustle. Close to the vendors, food stalls, beach...center of everything. Disappointed in the room and beds, but you get what you paid for. Cannot complain about the place because we definitely have stories to tell... Would be a good place for students...they would have an experience of a life-time!

Schlechtestes Hotel, dass ich jemals besucht habe

Schimmel im Zimmer, TV Kabel lose aus der Wand - ohne TV, Klimaanlage nicht steuerbar, Sanitäre Anlagen mangelhaft. Matratzen durchgelegen (Wenn man von Matratzen sprechen kann, wohl eher eine Gästematratze für Notfälle), Lattenrost nicht vorhanden. Zimmerservice mangelhaft, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Hotel management uneinsichtig und hochgradig unfreundlich. Zimmerangaben mangelhaft und fehlerhaft. Hohe '' Strafen'' falls man Minuten zu spät auscheckt werden angemahnt. Der Weg zum Zimmer darf nicht in Schuhen erfolgen. Hätten wir nicht im Voraus Bar bezahlt wären wir nicht geblieben. Schlimmsten 6 Nächte des Trips. "Hotel" absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Reviews are accurate.

The reviews below are accurate for once. The manager is exactly as described - rude with no customer service skills. After we checked out we hung around until it was ready to go for the ferry. My girlfriend wanted to use a toilet and was told to use the one on the ferry. Unbelievable. The room is worth B600.

Nie wieder

Schlechtestes Hotel, das wir je hatten. Total unfreundliches Personal und schlechte Zimmer mit Schimmel und super harten Betten! Kaution wurde nur zur Hälfte zurück gezahlt, weil die Handtücher angeblich nicht zu reinigen wären. Unglaublich! Nie wieder und nicht empfehlenswert!

tragedie

Příjezd do hotelu byla tragedie. Paní na recepci nám sdělila, že tam naši rezervaci nemá. Ani když jsme ji předložili vytištěnou rezervaci od hotels.com, pro ni nic neznamenalo. Postě se otočila, začala obsluhovat jiné klienty a my jsme ji přestali kompletně zajímat. Vzniklou situaci odmítla jakkoli řešit. Po cca hodině našeho naléhání nám nabídla jeden 4-lůžkový pokoj, který ale vytvořila tak, že do 2-lůžkového pokoje dala přidat další 2 postele. Vznikl tedy pokoj naprosto bez prostoru, byli jsme ale v situaci, kdy jsme toto řešení museli přijmout. Navíc to bylo za cenu dvou 2-lůžkových pokojů. Chtěli jsme po ní doklad o zaplacení, nejdřív dělala, že nerozumí co po ni chceme. I když jsme jasně definovali svůj požadavek, odmítla nám doklad vydat. Koupelna byla špinavá a plesnivá. Větrat naprosto nešlo, hned pod oknem byla nějaká smradlavá stoka, navíc brzy ráno začali ve dvoře pod okny umývat nádobí od večera a to dost hlučným způsobem. Během pobytu jsme pak ještě absolvovali různá "školení", kdy nám určovala kdo může kam chodit a kdy si má umýt nohy. Korunou pak bylo, když přišla s nějakým jídlem v ruce na pokoj a s plnými ústy začala určovat i kdo má sedět na jaké posteli.

Buena ubicacion, atencion desagradable

El lugar esta bien, no hay mucha higiene pero como en la mayoria de la categoria mochileros, la atencion de la mujer de recepcion es muy desagradable, demasiadas amenazas, salir tarde, perder la tarjeta de la habitacion imantada a la que han soldado a la propia llave de la habitacion y por la que te cobran una barbaridad si la pierdes y no te dejan dejarla en la recepcion con la escusa de es tu problema. Sinceramente, no esta mal salvo por la atencion muy muy desagradable

Toppenläge och skaplig standard.

Detta boende har fått oförtjänt dåligt rykte. Var skeptisk när vi bokade tre nätter efter att ha läst allt negativt. Men Miss Lee är en rolig gumma med krut i! Trevlig och serviceinriktad! Jag kommer definitivt bo här igen när jag åker tillbaka till Phi Phi.

Best hostel

This hostel is the best I've stayed at so far. Clean rooms, great service and close to everything. Miss Lee, the owner, is the greatest lady ever. She helps you with information, booking tickets and is fun to talk to. Go here!!

Overrated

Overrated 1.rude staff at the reception 2.from my window I could only see garbage 3.you have to go through a slum to get to the rooms area 4.the blankets are just big towels 5.they refuse to keep your luggage after check-out, so you will have to carry all your suitcases with you all day. You can find much better guesthouses in the island for this price

Ho soggiornato in questa Ban Thai Guesthouse per 4 notti, phi phi island come prezzi sono un po cari questa e una soluzione piu economica e al centro del paese, rimane comunque una guesthouse e non ha i servixi di un hotel.

Peggior posto in cui abbiamo alloggiato

Non c'è aria condizionata solo un ventilatore e non si può aprire la finestra perché priva di zanzariera (ci sono tantissime zanzare). La temperatura esterna di 36 gradi era nettamente più bassa di quella della stanza. Notti insonni! Odore maleodorante in corridoio. Pulizie fatte solo per controllare la stanza: asciugamani e copri materassi mai cambiati e rotti... In più non c'erano lenzuola. Il materasso appoggiato in un pezzo di legno toglieva qualsiasi possibilità di dormire comodi. Personale scortese, disinteressato a qualsiasi lamentela sempre pronto a chiedere altri soldi. Sconsigliato.

Nothings works, too much rules but cheap

I really hate this hotel, if you can call it a hotel, miss Lee is so rude, making rules all the time and talking really loude to everyone, it's seems that she is making you a favor to staying in the hotel you pay. Before starting giving orders to everyone i think she must fix her hotel, the AC broke up the second night, the bathroom was a terrible smeel (it was clean but smeels), no hot wather, the toilet not working, everything has a problem. To go to the rooms on the second floor you have to pass the horrible kitchen with a lot of people cooking with very bad smell. Miss Lee is totaly rude she didn't let us drink wather in the lobby beacuse we didin't buy it from her "shop", she is always shuting and making everyone feels unconffortable. Next time I will pay a little more for a decent place to stay, the costumer is paying for a service.

Voyage de noce

Pas d accueil spécial, pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant le séjour, pas de télé, pas de verre pas de drap. Voilà mon expérience !

Not a good place to stay...

I stayed there for a day. The room was very small and it was smoking hot. Was not able to even stay in the room. Bedding was not good. Overall not a good experience.. :(

Dirty room and noisy at night

Booked 2 nights left after one . Rooms were not clean , shower water stunk , noisy pump outside my room , very little sleep , would not recomend . Only plus staff were friendly

Terrible!

Room was dirty, smelt mouldy and had hundreds of ants crawling around in the bathroom. The woman on reception constantly harassed us about cleaning our feet, and knocked on our door at 9.30am to remind us that check-out was at 10.30am, despite having told us this 3 or 4 times already! She also tried to rip us off with the half day PhiPhi island tour which she tried to sell to us for 350B, but luckily we did some shopping around and found it at a travel agent for only 250B. The ferry transfer ticket that she tried to sell us was also 100B more than what we found down the road. The only positive is the location, as it is close to the pier and a nice beach.

VERY POOR STAY

We spent one night at Ban Thai Guesthouse. Older woman in the reception was kinda rude, and didn't speak english very well. We didn't like the room, it was a bit dirty, very very hot (fan didn't help) and I didn't sleep much. Room was located weirdly after walking many hallways, and it was very annoying that we couldn't keep our shoes on when we walked from the street to the room, so we had to take them off, put them on (on the weird tiny street in the between of the buildings) and take them off again. I wouldn't leave my sandals to the street for all night... I don't recommend this place.
