The hotel is conveniently located and offers a complimentary breakfast, plus a free happy hour with drinks and snacks. However, the rooms and facilities are quite dated and need updating, and the fitness equipment is in poor condition with several worn machines.
The most disappointing part of our stay was that there was no hot water from the afternoon until the following morning. We received no advance notice and there were no timely updates about when the issue would be resolved. It made for a very unpleasant experience, especially on a hot summer day when we were unable to shower after being outdoors.
