Problem checking in needs attention.
No contact or keycode sent.
Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though.
It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.

If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in
Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free.
Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower
Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem.
We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Original Georgian Window shutters. Limited parking spaces out front. Due to the nature of the property it is not wheelchair accessible. Short walk to the Albert Dock. Would stay again.
