Knights of the Sword Castle

Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von gewöhnlichen 2nd oder eher 3rd hand Geschmack und Qualität. Nein Danke !

The hotel is quiet and has good facilities. They offer a great breakfast. Room was clean but could use some repairs such as the caulking around the shower and the floor of the shower. The towels also need renovating. Overall we were happy with our choice.

This place was very old and run down. The bed was horrible. I felt springs coming through it into my ribs. We asked for a topper and they gave us another duvet which was a little helpful. It was just not a comfortable stay. It was extremely convenient and the staff were wonderful. There were rolled up carpets in the hallway, it was a bit messy. I would not stay again, but the price was fine.
