Even though the hotel is quite new and really clean. However due to usage some areas need’s some maintenance and updates.
Spa are is really nice, clean and relaxing.
Breakfast has lots of choices.
Staff is very helpful across the hotel. Even though we had some issues with the room, staff went extra mile to resolve it.

Lovely breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff. The only negative was that it was a little further from the centre of town than some other options. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and away to the train station.

Food had run out at breakfast, only very high (unreachable) lockers left to keep luggage in and I had to be on tiptoe to reach the soaps in the shower. No room safe. In sum, had the feel of an overpriced youth hostel designed by a giraffe.
