"There was only ove very soft pillow as not comfortable then had to call the staff to bring more pillows. The point is no lifts for old age or disabilities to get upstairs on the 1st level. No bathrooms in bedrooms as have to go along the hallway also same with kitchen with fridge or microwave oven, ..."
