Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.

Extremely nice, clean, quiet, good location while not in the middle of the chaos. Super nice breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Definitely recommend it.

Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also.
Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside.
Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).

The Falkensteiner Hotel Prague is conveniently located very close to the train station and is overall well situated. It’s not right in the middle of the action, but everything is easy to reach, whether by public transport or on foot.
The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning: on the first night I had to sleep with the window open and a fan, as the AC wasn’t working and the hotel was fully booked. The next day they moved me to a room with better air conditioning.
Other than that, there isn’t much to complain about. It’s not an outstanding hotel, but it’s not bad either.
