"I got robbed in Paris and couldn’t make the reservation. I asked them to cancel my reservation. They told me it was nonrefundable and it was my tough luck. They wouldn’t help me at all very bad. PR would never recommend this place."

"We had a lovely corner suite with mountain views. This was a highlight for our room. However, expect the room to be a bit dated, especially the bathroom.
