Das Hotel ist direkt am Wörthersee mit Zugang zum baden. Der Unterhalt und Personaleinsatz ist sehr Kosten optimiert, so dass es auffällt. Es ist ein Gruppenhotel mit grossen Zimmern, teils mit Seesicht.

Velden sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und ruhig gelegen.
Was ganz toll war, ist die Tiefgarage mit Zugang zu den Zimmern.
