"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "We had a lovely stay! The suite was as described, very clean and spacious. The staff are excellent, and the breakfast is varied. The spa area can get quite busy, but it is great to have it included in the stay. Thank you!"

"The location of the property was great, it was right on the main strip by restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t very good in our room, and we were right by a kids play area and a restaurant, the restaurant below us did play loud music until midnight, (but the resturant itself is great!). Other than that the place was good."
