Stately holiday apartment near the ski lift
Accommodation description: The flat is located on the first floor of Haus Flavon, a traditional Tyrolean country house in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Kitzbühel and with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Hahnenkamm and the town of Kitzbühel. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an exposed roof truss with rustic old wood and tasteful furnishings with alpine chic.
The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn. A leisurely walk with views of the Kitzbühel mountains takes you directly to the valley station of the Hornbahn cable car. The Hahnenkamm gondola station is also just 3.0 km from the accommodation. For skiing fans, the location is simply fantastic. You can watch the Hahnenkamm race wonderfully from the terrace and have a cosy winter BBQ on the side.
In the low seasons and in summer, you have all kinds of possibilities in Kitzbühel. Whether you want to explore the mountains and alpine pastures on a leisurely hike or prefer to go mountain biking. On cold and rainy days you can relax in the covered swimming pool of the Aquarena or on hot days again stroll along the Schwarzsee and cool off in the healing moor water.
From the accommodation you are only a few minutes' walk directly into the centre of Kitzbühel, where you will find various grocery shops, farm shops, cafés and restaurants and of course luxury shops.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Die Unterkunft war okay, eigentlich zu teuer für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Sofas waren durchgesessen oder rochen nach Stockflecken, die Spülmaschine reinigt nur auf der höchsten Programmstufe, Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern ist eigentlich nicht mehr zeitgemäß und der Müll der Vormieter war nach zwei Wochen immer noch nicht abgeholt worden.
Gut war die telefonische Betreuung. Es wurde geantwortet und zügig reagiert. vielen Dank dafür

Die Hütte ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Hofer, die einfach ist, wenn Sie nur ein wenig brauchen. Es ist sehr ruhig und eine schöne Aussicht.
Tolle Hanglage oberhalb von Kitzbühel mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell in Kitzbühel über einen abenteuerlichen Weg durch die Klamm.
Großzügige Zimmer (alle mit Bad en Suite). Große Terrasse mit ganztägiger Sonne (Sonnenschirme vorhanden). An Ausstattung fehlte nichts, ob Föhn, 2 TVs, sämtliches Kücheninventar (Geschirr/ Töpfe/ Spülmaschine/ Toaster/ Kaffeemaschine/ Wasserkocher....), Grill (sogar Grillkohle und Anzünder), Stereoanlage mit Bluetooth, alles da.
In der Beschreibung wird erwähnt, dass der Eigentümer im Haus wohnt, wir haben ihn aber weder gesehen, noch gehört.
Minimales Manko war eine befriedigende Sauberkeit, hier und da kamen doch Spinnweben hervor, aber da sind wir nicht so empfindlich. Punkteabzug daher unsererseits in der Gesamtbewertung nicht nötig.
Insgesamt wurde sehr umfassend eingerichtet mit vielen aufgeschüttelten Kissen, Deko, Vasen, kein "übliches" Ferienhausambiente.. Wir kommen gern wieder

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick und ruhig gelegen. Durch einen Wanderweg ist man in 5-10min zu Fuß am Bahnhof von Kitzbühel von dort kann man mit der Bahn/Skibus in 2min zur Talstation der Hahnenkamm Bahn fahren und ist somit auch als Skifahrer:Inn super angebunden :)

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Toller Blick von der großen Terrasse, die den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt, aber auch schattige Bereiche bietet.
