The Brandstadl consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . All with stunning views of the Hohe Salve. These Apartment holds 4 people comfortable .There is room for a 5th and 6th person in the living area,were there is a double couch bed.


All apartments have an openplan living area with full kitchen and breakfast bar. All are beautifully furnished with satellite TV and internet connection and parking facilities. Ideally located 800 metres from village centre with bus services on door step. Whether it be for the perfect winter ski or an active summer holiday you will be assured of a warm welcome at Bergview Haus. Bergview haus is ideally situated for the active guests to find located on the main road next to the public buses, ski buses and summer kaiser jet services making it an easy residence to find!


Winter in the Alps !!! Ski Welt Wilder Kaiser: This Winter the ski welt arena will be one of the 3rd largest Inter-linked ski Areas in the world !! With the new addition of a Gondola linking Brixen to the Kitzbuhl Region, Meaning there is endless possibilities to ski over 700km of Piste which means you wont be stuck for a new route each day of your Holiday ! And if this is not enough for you, you can always leave the ski's on and try our floodlit Night skiing ! Es war ein schöner Urlaub die Ferienwohunug war sehr schön , es war alles zu Fuss zu erreichen , der Ahornsee der Bäcker und auch die Gondelbahn zum Hexenwasser. lanny und seine Familie waren sehr aufmerksam freundlich einfach liebenswürdig wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen ,den Kindern hat es auch prima im Baumhaus gefallen. Das es näher an der Strasse liegt hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir sind gerne am Balkon gesessen der auch sehr gross war man hatte eine super Blick auf die Hohe Salve. Auch die Fewo Brandstodl war gross hell und man hatte viel Platz mit 2 Bädern und den 2 Schlafzimmern. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder hierher!!

An amazing apt, in a very convenient location with super hosts, Lenny was warm, friendly and had loads of knowledge. Apts were very clean and modern, warm and cosy and very homely. A 10/15 min walk from village or gondola, great for a warm up in the morning before skiing or a cool down after. I’ll definitely be back.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und perfekt für 2 + 2 Personen. Es fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit (nur ein Sofa und ein Sessel, für drei Leute gut, für vier Leute nicht). Der Esstisch reicht für Frühstück oder kleine Snacks, aber nicht für umfangreichere Gerichte. Die Lage ist zentral, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, wohnt dort nicht so gut. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und zuvorkommend.

Clean appartments and well maintained, but if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation, I wouldn't recommend this place. The main road is very, very close, trucks pass by as if they run through your room, so opening the windows is not an option, and I woke up many times during the night because of the traffic noise. Also, cosy dining is not an option, there is NO dining table! Only a small breakfast bar, too small for more than 2 people to sit at. So if eating out every day is want you are looking for, or eating in front of the tv is what you are used to, this will not be an issue for you, for us it was. And NO dishwasher!
