"Meanest hotel stay ever. Thin towels, one robe, 10% left on the toilet tissue that was also cheap and thin. Warm not hot water. Surely receptionist and breakfast not as advertised [picture of cooked breakfast] was lobby coffee, buns, fruit. No butter. One english tea sachet in room. Paper or plastic plates and cups. Plastic is not eco friendly.
Upside, the room was spottlessly clean. Very expensive for cheap [as in quality) accomodation. "

"Our two night stay in Octovus was many days too short! I am obsessed with tiny homes and the company Never Too Small (check out their You Tube channel) and staying in this work of art Airstream was so enjoyable. The owner/designer thought of everything, had a place for everything, and made our stay amazing.Highlights: the couch that transforms into a bed for two was incredibly comfortable, with lovely linens and fab pillows. The guest instructions book includes many pages of information on things to do in Kitsap County - definitely check out Heronswood Garden! Meeting the resident dogs and cats made us feel at home, and the chickens are gorgeous.Thank you so much for trusting us with your gem."

The thoughtful notes and touches anticipated our every need and I particularly enjoyed walking the property and admiring the blackberries, blueberries, apples, figs, and other goodies planted amidst the flowers while drinking my morning coffee.
