What a wonderful stay! I booked a 1 King Bed room and Naval Suites by FairBridge was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the property is well taken care of, the staff is so kind, and it’s pet-friendly! We stayed during the week and it was nice and quiet. I spoke with one of the staff members, Candy, who was incredibly helpful and friendly when I had questions about my dog. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
This place is run-down. Room had a very weird smell, shower and toilet both had some issues. The sign is a small banner hung below the old owner company's logo and doesn't have a light on it so it was hard to see at night and also confusing. Beds actually weren't bad! And front desk was very friendly. I got sketchy vibes here and wouldn't stay here again.
The room was lovely. Very comfortable and spacious. It was conveniently located near major roads, restaurants and amenities. Room entry system felt secure. Exterior shows a bit of wear but rooms were excellent and staff was helpful.
I really appreciated how respectful everyone was to each other, staff and guests both.

Disliked: Amenities
King bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. Towels seemed new and clean. Shower was large and pressure was good. Strong smell of cleaning products but floor was sandy and dirty. Mix of old and new hardware. Fridge was dirty and not cold. Poor TV cable quality. Pool was out of commission.
The staff was amazing here! I was here from out of state and needed some additional help and they were more than willing to help me. Truly some of the best people!
It's a very simple hotel, nothing too fancy, but the room was clean and warm, everything we needed was there. The self-checkin instructions were clear and timely.
Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay.
Naval Suites appears to be undergoing a transition from whatever it was before... possibly a Country Inn & Suites... to Naval Suites by Fairbridge. Fortunately, the professional and friendly staff is on board to make things easy, comfortable, and pleasant overall. The management is accessible and exceedingly helpful, and steps are actively taken to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Pro Tip: While staying at Naval Suites, take a few moments of your day to walk down Kitsap Way to Oyster Bay, cross at the light, and walk to the visible carport situated across the street from Naval Suites. Get ready for a view of the bay that will take your breath away. Then grab a meal at Brother Don's just up the way from there. :-)

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Room was dimly lit. There were no hangers in the closet. No shelving in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Checking and checkout were online so no interaction with staff.
The room was fine, had a few obvious things in the room that didn’t work and/or it was obviously put there in a hurry but I have a really good eye for detail. Most of the staff was incredible. The last day I was there, I had not paid for the room yet, and my boyfriend went to pay it in cash in the office. At the same time the manager came banging on the door yelling at me like I was some rockstar thrashing about in the room. It was extremely embarrassing, and her and my boyfriend had an exchange and she looked at me and said - I’ll just check you out. So incredibly awkward and embarrassing. She and I had become friendly, I even had given her some things I was needing to get rid of. That’s why she felt she could talk to me like she did. I understand on my end where we messed up, but to be approached that way in any situation was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

The room smelled very clean and the linens appeared clean. The floor was somewhat dirty and the furniture, baseboards, and bathroom counter had some stains and could use a deep cleaning. The shower pressure and temperature was great and everything worked great aside from the fridge, which was cool but not cold. I liked the self check-in and the security lock on the doors. Other visitors were quiet, but you can definitely hear the traffic sounds all night. Overall, the visit was okay and met my basic needs, but probably not something I'd want to return to. You get what you pay for.

The rooms were clean and had upgraded renovations. Loved the clean hardwood floors and fresh paint. The keyless entry was great for me because I fly in late. Miss Rebecca was super helpful checking me in and out without even meeting me. She is really the heart and soul of the place. I can’t wait to see the place when all the changes are made. Keep up the good work guys.
Although the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze, I was NOT happy when I found out the TV only got maybe 15 stations, and some without sound, plus the reception was worse than rabbit ears! Then, to make things worse, the refrigerator was broken! I was turned all the way up to the coldest setting, but nowhere near cold. I didn't realize it at first, only later in the evening when I went to eat my dinner and found out ALL my frozen food was thawed and my beverages were warm! I had to throw out all my frozen breakfast foods! The display on the microwave was out. No toilet paper. A wobbly chair at the table. Only one lamp in the room and no overhead light. SUPER SLOW Wi-Fi. But other than horrible TV reception with very limited channels, a microwave that barely worked, and a fridge that didn't get cold, I actually like the room. The bed was super comfortable, especially the pillows! The heater wasn't too noisy like some places. Their ice machine was broken. Nothing in the vending machines. I found out this was a former Quality Inn, and it was obvious by the "quality" of electric stuff. I will never stay here again, and don't suggest anyone else does. I could have gotten a NICE room with a deck and free breakfast a half block away for about $25 more!
