This beautiful home features a large family room, a formal dining area, 4 cozy bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. With Open floor layout that includes a huge living area, dining room and kitchen, you will never miss a moment with your loved ones.

The large kitchen with a breakfast nook is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, crockpot, dishes, pots, pans, and many extras.

The game room has a pool table, table tennis table, and a classic foosball table. Guests will also have access to fiber-optic high-speed WiFi, and free calling to anywhere in North America.

The enclosed outdoor pool over looks the lake. The pool and spa are accessed from the family room, master bedroom, and the Lion King room.

Two-car parking on the driveway.

Property address, Keyless entry/ access code and other information will be sent two days prior to your check in.

Paper towels, toilet papers, dish washers etc will be provided only to get you through the first day or two. It is guests' responsibility to buy such supplies for the rest of their stays.

Great Visit

Really enjoyed the stay. House had all the amenities that we needed and was very close to the airport. Pool was also very nice and was heated nicely for our cooler visit to Florida.

Perfect!!

This home was perfect for our visit to Disney World! My kids and I were so comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and sent me everything I needed well ahead of our trip. The drive to Disney was so easy and close! I will 100% be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful 10 days with our family.

This villa is a very spacious and comfortable place for a family to stay and not too far from the parks. Everything that we needed was there. A quiet relaxing space to be after busy days having fun.

Kissimmee Vacation

A lovely villa with all you need for a holiday in Orlando. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood around 20 minutes drive from Disney Parks, and 35 minutes from Universal. Nice pool area, and plenty of space in the villa for everyone to relax.

We loved our stay at Liberty village. Nice house, Nice pool, good neighboorhood and good acces to all the parks. Also having à washing machine and dryer is à plus.

Nice, quiet and comfortable and close to everything

Overall our stay was nice, very comfortable home, perfect for relaxing, the pool and hot tub were fabulous. The location is perfect, nice and quiet but close to everything. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the little pond, the string lights in the evening were very festive, and the home was extremely spacious. The hosts were also great with communications from the start. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Close to Disney

We loved staying here. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and adults. My grandson even learned to swim here! We did Disney 2 days & the property was about 10 miles away. Everything we needed was here, but there was a Walmart just a few miles away if needed.

Good location and quiet neighbourhood

We had several issues on checking in, but Moe and Sven were always available and very quick to attend to those issues, even though a couple of them could not be attended to during our stay. The house does require some TLC in terms of upgrades, and I'm sure once these are attended to, it would be a repeat place to stay. It is located strategically with easy access to major roads.

Florida vacation

Property was as listed. It was wonderful to have 3 full baths for our larger group. The kids loved the pool, especially after long hot days at Disney. Great location near everything we needed including Walmart, grocery store, and Disney. We also took a day trip to Cocoa beach. There were chairs and umbrellas in garage although we did not use these it was nice they were available. Host was easy to get ahold of and replied to our messages quickly.

A Little R&R

We planned a last minute quick get away after learning of my husband's diagnosis of stage 4 cancer before his chemo treatments started. The host was very pleasant and accomadating. The check in process was easy, peaceful neighborhood and the home was very inviting. Our son came from northern Florida to spend some time with as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

The house was amazing and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and spa the most. Had perfect weather and enjoyed family time the whole week by the pool from early in the morning until late in the evening. We didn’t want it to end. Thank you!!! We will be back for sure!!

Spring training for our son

We moved in late Friday night, it was so smooth and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub until almost 1 in the morning! The week was fantastic, so relaxing after a day of baseball! We were thankful for the heated pool for all of us to enjoy! Having the full kitchen was great, we didn't eat out one time! The host and maintenance man were both great to work with! We definitely give it a 5+ star rating!

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a quiet residential area, everything needed for stay is provided. The only thing I would say is there are a few things that need a little attention, the blinds on the windows are a bit old and some if the screens have tears in them. Saying that it certainly didn’t have any effect on our stay. Villa very clean on arrival, easy access and as I said everything provided. The owner was brilliant! Kept in contact with us if we emailed within a few hours and I would return without hesitation.

Great base for Disney World

Had a fantastic fortnight in this villa. Very peaceful area with interesting birdlife around the lake. Around 20 min to most Disney parks and very close to grocery stores. Host was very quick to help out with any issues and concerns we had. Like many Florida villas the decor (especially broken window blinds/curtains and pool furniture which were quite musty smelling in the mornings) could benefit from updating and personally I would appreciate less signage around the villa threatening deposit losses etc. but I guess there may have been issues in the past with other guests, perhaps. Overall I loved staying here and would love to return after a bit of TLC in some areas. Would recommend, very good value.

Villa Home was most comfortable! Two of the comforters were visible soiled so we laundered them right away. Although we brought food & supplies, we did need to purchase laundry soap, dish detergent, paper towels and trash bags which was a first when staying at a rental property. There were instructions posted clearly outlining the cleaning process prior to departure. This included laundering & drying all the towels w/o having any laundry detergent. We did not use the pool or hot tub as it was cold during our stay so we covered the pool per instructions on arrival. Other than those issues we had a most enjoyable stay!

A nice house - great communication with home owner

Overall we had a great stay. The house is spacious, very very clean inside and everything you could need. We hit one or two snags while there and the home owner was very responsive which is all you can hope for. The kitchen is very well equipped , the pool is awesome and everything was comfortable. A few minor things to take note - the pool table was in very poor condition with uneven rolls and shakey legs, the games were room has no air con making it difficult to stay for more than a few mins anyway. The pool area is awesome, one suggestion was that it could be cleaner with dead worms and dirt especially under the furniture when we checked in. Although it sleeps 8 and says there is capacity for 10 - there are only 5 seats in the sitting room, there are dining chairs but they wouldn’t be suitable for a long period of time. These are just feedback comments - as you can see we still had a 5 star stay. Thank you folks !

The home was clean. And comfortable. It was very close to the parks. PLEASE-replace all shower heads. This must be prioritized to ensure positive feedback. They have hard water build up and BARELY function.And a suggestion. Add a soundbar to the living room TV. They are very reasonable and would make a HUGE difference.-

Family getaway

We had a great stay at this property! The home was very well kept—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the basics to get us through the first couple of days. We made a quick trip to Walmart to grab the rest of what we needed. The homeowner was fantastic—very responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated.We’re a large family and typically stay in a different part of Kissimmee that’s a bit more convenient for us in terms of location. This isn’t a knock on the property at all—just a personal preference. The area itself was quiet and safe, but traffic made even quick errands or outings take longer than we were used to. Most destinations were at least a 30-minute drive, and the nearby school caused some backups during drop-off and pick-up times.We were nervous given the carpeting throughout the house, especially having young children- so we were extra vigilant about it, and avoided eating at the bigger dining room table as much as possible.That said, the house itself was great, and the homeowner went above and beyond—especially when we needed to adjust our reservation dates. They were incredibly flexible and easy to work with.Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place to stay in the area. Just be aware that it’s a little farther from major attractions and amenities, so plan accordingly if traffic is a concern.
