"More like a large B&B than a hotel. The owners are friendly and attentive. Heather is a great cook and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is no town in the vicinity, so once settled in, don't anticipate going out again. "

"What a great cottage! Alix was very accommodating and helpful while we got settled in. We were able to sample the cupboard cakes and they are highly recommended. We started every morning in the sun room with coffee and met several of the pea hens who were pretty entertaining. Great walk to the beach which we had all to ourselves. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! Thank you again Alix!"

"Peaceful, quiet. no cars, airplanes. Just the birds, sheep, sound of the wind, and the surf of the Ocean. I went for hikes and slept fantastically each night. This is a place to relax and get away from the crowds. Enjoyed every minute of it."
