8.2/10 Very good! (87 reviews)
This hotel is deliberately positioned online to look like a boutique hotel that offers a more mom-and-pop, personal experience. It is definitely not that. This is a "contactless" hotel - there is no front desk/on-site staff. If you need assistance, you message someone in another country through the hotels.com app.
Read reviews closely, some appear to be fake.
While I appreciate that this was in a convenient location, my husband and I didn't love my stay.
-There was no parking. You need to pay to park overnight in local lots/garages. The night we arrived we ended up paying $60 for one night of parking.
-The walls were dirty.
-Housekeeping does not automatically clean your room. You have to pay extra if you want this service done.
-We were given just two towels, one washcloth, and one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a four-night stay. We had to reach out to request fresh towels and toilet paper. (Are they very desperate to keep things cheap? Because that's how this felt.)
-There was no soap provided in the bathroom. We used the shower gel from the shower for handwashing.
-All doors open via a touch pad key system. The entry code to the building changed frequently, and this made things complicated when my phone was dead, as I was unable to look up what the new passcode was. In our room, were startled multiple times by someone (children?) touching/playing with the keypad buttons and fiddling with the doorknob.

"Air conditioning definitely smelled like mold/mildew and overall property had an interesting odor but the room was clean. It's a Motel 6"
