The biggest problem we encountered was the difficulty in getting food or drinks by the pool. With only one bar open to serve 300-500 people, the wait in line for a beer or cocktail averaged 20-30 minutes. For food, we had to go to the nearby play area since the only restaurant didn't cater to pool users. To top it all off, they don't allow guests to bring their own food or drinks into the pool area—a real headache. Furthermore, although I booked a Deluxe Villa through Expedia that was described as having a kitchen, upon arrival there was no stove, grill, or pot—nothing to cook with. I don't understand why they advertise it as having a kitchen when it doesn't. We selected a room with two beds in our reservation, but they gave us one with a king-size bed.
