"My wife booked this hotel at the last minute for me and I'm glad she did. The room was lovely, I was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Enjoyed the food in evening and after a long drive from the south of England, I was very well rested for the rest of the drive the next day. Will definitely be back again."

"Absolutely amazing! We found this little gem quite by chance as a half way stop between Scotland and England! It was a fantastic experience and the charm of the 17th century building as well as the charming staff was absolutely perfect in every way. The food was incredible and quite unexpected! "

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful village with great staff, the pool and leisure facilities are good also. It definitely needs a public bar that is open - I went to enter the Events bar but door was locked.. "
