Check in staff was rather rude. Cabin had a very bad smell but aired out quickly. Once aired out it was a very nice cabin! Breakfast staff was AWESOME! No signs for the reception building...its to the far LEFT when you check in.

We had a good stay. It was a convenient place to stop in our trip around the island. The place was quiet. The cottage is a decent size for four people. The bathroom a bit small. Simple kitchen. We just used the microwave. Check-in was in-person at reception and easy. Don’t miss the Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon, only a few minutes drive. One of the most beautiful places you will see in your trip.

The cottage has everything we needed and it was so big for 3 people! Love the location! We got to see the Northern Lights! It was awesome to see it behind the mountains above the cottage!

Clean, roomy for 3 people. We all have each room. No traffic sound even it is right by the ring rd. No attendant until 3 pm. I had to wait 1/2 hr. I can’t find my room key so we got the next door. Overall great cottage with pricy, of course.

Our stay here was amazing!! Our cottage was so cute and exactly what we needed. There was plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was so clean!
