We checked in at 7.00pm and checked out at 8.30pm that very night. We had booked 2 chalet rooms. There were gecko droppings on the sheets. The room had a stale smell. The bath area did not have any lighting and it was not clean. The walls between the rooms were very thin and we could hear the baby crying in the next room and also their conversations. The towels had stains on them and it had a peculiar smell. There were also lots of mosquitoes. Each guest has his/her own spacious bungalow with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception and restaurant area. 3 buffet meals are served three times a day at set times. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful and want to assist in making trip arrangements. They arranged transit from the airport and to Galle for me in addition to a full day safari. They know the best tour operators, and overall I had a great experience. If you are looking to go on a safari, this is the place to stay, and it’s just minutes from Yala National Park. The rooms are not clean, hotel had only 16 guests staying there at the same time as us, the swimming pool was filthy, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The hotel is charging 300 Rupi for 2 hours of Wifi. The mini bar in the room was looked. The receptionist was asked two times to open the minibar with no result. The receptonist promised to organize a jeep for a tour in the national park. The jeep was not ready in the morning.
