Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

"How this place can be a four star hotel, I have no idea! The rooms are tiny and in glorified porto cabins. The bathroom was minuscule with the tiniest sink I have ever seen.
