The price for the location was outstanding. There are 700 rooms in the hotel. This is a big property and you feel it. Security is excellent. The only thing that stopped me from giving higher scores was the fact that my bedroom had no towels. It took over an hour at 3:00 am to get them. Room was clean. The mattress was very firm and the sheets were high quality.
I had an important meeting 10 minutes away in the morning. I arrived at 2:00 am and left at 8:00 am. For my purposes this was a great location. Keep in mind that it is not a five-star place. The resort fee was and is annoying but you find them everywhere. If you need a place to sleep in New York City and you want to be close to everything, this is a good place to consider.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!

"Absolutely loved the central.pool and bar and happy hour (!!). Our room type with pur personal space pool was fantastic. Property quiet, clean and very well maintained with lovely gardens and staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value for money. We LOVED this property."

"The listing mentioned a pool, however the pool is currently under construction. Had this been disclosed prior to booking, we would have chosen to stay somewhere else. The buffet breakfast was also not worth the advertised value of $30. In addition, we had to contact reception to have our rubbish ..."
