Cosy little getaway
Myself & my partner loved our stay in this charming little cottage. Perfect having bikes available to use & then a hot tub at the end of the day. Very comfy bed too! Dawn was great at being in contact, thanks again :)

Weekend getaway
This cottage was a lovely place to escape to for the weekend. It was a very cosy home to stay in for a special occasion. There was everything you’d hope for to feel at home, away from home. The kitchen/living area was spacious enough, yet intimate enough for any young family’s looking to get away for a few days. A great place to go for a peaceful couples getaway or to get yourself in the country to go for an explore in suitable weather.

Wonderful Scottish Travel Base
This quaint but modern townhouse was a perfect home base for discovering Scotland. We drove about 15 minutes to a local train station and then took a quick and easy train into Edinburgh for our days in the city. Edinburgh is amazing. While there, we would highly recommend a visit to the Brittania. There is a new tram line from near the train station directly to the Brittania. We also drove north to a working sheepdog farm. It was a gorgeous drive (about 90 minutes) and one of the highlights of our time in Scotland. You can email to find times and directions at: Neil Ross Kinross is a wonderfully quaint village with great access for exploring the surrounding area. A peaceful lake is nearby and many restaurant options are within walking distance. Our host Dawn provided great communication and was a source of many helpful suggestions. The apartment was spotless and had all modern amenities. We weren't too sure about the wood-fired hot tub, but with encouragement from our hosts we tried it out. It was wonderful after a day of sightseeing.

Escaping the Coronation.
The property was perfect, Quiet location and a wood fired hot tub, who could ask for more. I have not been in Kinross for 35 years it was a quiet but vibrant main street, with a great wee butchers,brewery, Indian restaurant, quality shops with character. Our grandchildren came for lunch and we had a ball at the play park beside the loch . We will return.

Stunning Cottage
Dawn was a great host and was available to answer any queries before and during our visit. The cottage itself is immaculate and finished to an excellent standard. Facilities were fantastic but we did miss having a freezer. The hot tub was a lovely treat and we were given a full explanation how to use it and plenty of wood to keep the fire going. The area is a fantastic base for exploring. There is so much to do right on the cottages doorstep and plenty of options to eat. The best compliment i can give is that i would be very happy to stay here again!

This was a lovely cottage to spend our anniversary in. The hosts were very reachable and made sure we had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Dawn was very helpful and welcoming from the initial booking right up to checking out, really knowledgable on the area with some great recommendations! Absolute bliss!
It was very quiet and felt at home. we enjoyed our stay but only was short but sweet and exploring the area was really lovely. The little gesture of beers in the fridge for my boyfriend was really nice and we enjoyed our last night in the hot tub! Would recommend :)

Lovely cottage, great location
22 Curate Wynd is the perfect little retreat in a great location. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped even down to having chrome cast on the tv and an Alexa smart speaker. Lots of places to eat in or takeaway on the doorstep including an excellent Indian restaurant on the corner. Dawn the host was very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of information and tips about the area. Would definitely recommend a stay at 22 curate Wynd for a relaxing break or as a great base for visiting other areas.

A really lovely, cosy cottage in a perfect spot, close walking distance to Loch Leven and the local town which has everything you may need, co-op, chemist, butchers, fish mongers and great places to eat and drink if you don't feel like cooking.

Lovely peaceful stay
Curate Wynd is a lovely cottage, we had a very peaceful week there. The property was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything we could have needed. We enjoyed a couple of nights in the hot tub which were very relaxing after a days cycling. The owners left us some lovely little treats for our stay which were much appreciated. Overall a fantastic little cottage, hopefully we will get the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Cottage was in a quite part of Kinross with access to loch Leven and we had wonderful weather. Plenty of takeaways within walking distance and great hot tub which makes the evenings with a bottle of wine very relaxing. Great place to get to Stirling, Perth and Dundee. We will be back as we never got to use the bikes that are at the cottage! Anyone that books this cottage will love it

Stayed for 4 nights in this property with a friend to use as a base for exploring other areas, perfect location for doing this, Kinross is a nice quiet area, and where the property is you are 60 seconds away from the shops/restaurants/takeway places and 40 minutes from Edinburgh, St. Andrews and sterling, not forgetting your 2 minutes away from the beautiful loch leven. The property was very clean, and well equipped, Dawn was really friendly and helpful during our stay, we also borrowed the bikes to go around the loch which I would recommend!

Cute Scottish cottage in lovely convenient location for enjoying Scotland.
The cottage on Curate Wynd was a lovely out of the way but convenient location in a quaint Scottish town. The home was wonderful in many ways, nicely decorated, adequate space, nice neighborhood and a warm host. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable place to explore central Scotland.

Dawn and her husband most welcoming and warm hosts. The cottage was very comfortable and a bath and shower in separate rooms which is great. The mattress on the double bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben von Kinross aus sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht und waren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ganz entspannt in Edinburgh. Die Gastgeber sind sehr , sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Häuschen allerliebst und wer nicht kochen mag findet fußläufig sämtliche Möglichkeiten sich zu verpflegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed four nights at this lovely place. What a wonderful location, well equipped and a perfect starting point to disccover Edinburgh, St. Andrews and Dundee. We enjoyed everything in this house, but especially the hot tub after long days of sightseeing. We highly recommend Dawns House.

Schönes Objekt in einem netten kleinen, alten, ansprechenden schottischen Ort mit fußläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sainsbury‘s, Co-op) und Gaststätten. Park and Ride Möglichkeit nach Edinburgh im Ort (800 Meter). Autobahn ist wenige hundert Meter weg, weswegen man sie, wenn es ruhig ist, hören kann. Das Cottage ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küchenausstattung gut. Kann für 4 Personen etwas eng werden. Hilfsbereite, freundliche Vermieter.
