Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Hotel. Kyle, Isla and team very welcoming. Easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. Perfect for heading into the highlands for fishing etc. Drawing room and library nice to relax in and the menu and food was first class. Look forward to visiting again.

This was the first time that I visited Whispering Pine Lodge. The stay was good. What struck me though was that I only paid about £250 thereabout for the night (which is the discounted rate) and that under normal circumstances one would have to pay in excess of £650 a night.
