"The elevators were not all in working order and one seemed to be a bit rough when moving. The hotel seemed to run off of the one next door they used their pool and we ate at the river room for dinner and breakfast which was great! Not sure if that restaurant is associated with the best western or the hotel next door. "

"Love this hotel, EXTREAMLY clean room, staff does all they can to make sure you enjoy your stay, parking lot was under construction but manageable as long as you can judge the width of your car. I can't say enough good things about Four Points Windsor. Did not eat at the onsite restaurant. "

"The check in was handle very well - Melissa was excellent in assisting us and provided local information for our immediate needs for dinner. Melissa also provide information for next day activities and other restaurants to consider. Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of options for cold or hot and the staff made fresh waffles for you if requested. The staff there were helpful and courteous during the meal. We had a suite - the only thing I would add - the couch definately needs large cushions added for back support while sitting. "

"Check in was a challange as the first suite we went to the door would not close poperly. They gave us another. It was clean, adequate, but we had to move one of the chairs and found empty bottles. so they need to clean better. The pool area is slippery, its well signed to let you know , please be careful. Pool could have used a skimming. Onsite snacks were UNREASONABLY priced- luckily there are stores around you can go to get what you need. Over all it was an okay experience. Adquate for a place to sleep "
