Disliked: Amenities
The hotel was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected my stay. There were a lot of ants in the room, and the shower water ran onto the bathroom floor. Also, the hotel has a strict policy against having more than one guest use the bathroom, which resulted in my cousins being turned away. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and guest hospitality.
