Overall great experience. Very central location. Host lives in building, so is always available. They grow tomato's and cucumbers on the balcony that they invited us to "take as much as you want" My only discomfort with this place was the dust and dirty dishes. The people before us half-washed the things they used and the place seemed like it needed a pass with a vacuum cleaner. The floors were not very clean. In general, I greatly enjoyed my stay here.

Great Spot

Loved the location right downtown close to restaurants and a quick drive to the mountain. Lots of space in a unique old building. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment and location

I would totally recommend! It was a very practical apartment. I stayed with my spouse and my parents. The location was great, the manager was very arranging with the check-in time, and we really appreciated that we had two floors and two full bathrooms, one for my parents, and one for me and my spouse. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the nice balcony

No outlets in upstairs bathroom. Couldn't use hair dryer. And it was hot sleeping, but only a plug in fan. Property manager was very nice, efficient. Very clean in general

Family ski weekend

Fantastic location, friendly and responsive property manager. We would stay here again especially if we wanted to go out at night where everything is walkable. Easy ride to the mountain (2 minutes). Challenge - still uses multiple keys which can be lost. Only one distinct bedroom, with multiple beds. First floor has kitchen sitting area that also has twin beds. It worked well for our family but it wasn’t explicit in the listing.

The location of this house is great. As you are on the street that has grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Beautiful view from the balcony the host and manager were very accommodating and easy to deal with.

The host was lovely however I regret to say that the place was filthy. The cluttered kitchen had a layer of grime on everything, all the dishes and pots and pans looked dirty, the garbage pail in the kitchen hadn't been emptied, the box holding the paper towels was dusty and full of crumbs, and the tea kettle was so grungy that I didn't even want to touch it. The water in the bathroom sinks smelled like sulphur. The downstairs toilet was so noisy and running all night that it kept me up most of the night. It also wouldn't flush. The neighbors were noisy. While the host was slow to respond to all messages, apparently he was polite. However when I wrote him with my concerns, he replied a few days later, to simply thank me for the feedback, said he was working on the problem, with no apology for how horrible of a condition the apt. was in or the inconvenience of the noisy toilet keeping me up most of the night. I've stayed in a lot of rental apartments over the years, and I usually let stuff slide, but this was ridiculous, especially for the hefty price we paid for the place. And three of the beds are in the same room as the kitchen so I guess this is probably fine for a pack of students who want to party, but anyone else who expects a decent level of cleanliness may need to avoid this place. The photos I'm sharing are from the kitchen when we arrived.

Very interesting building in a historical area. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again if i had a larger group of people. If your not good with stairs this is not your place. Host was great and easy communication.
