About this property

Luxe Loft apartment with Hunter mtn. views on private estate.

  • Loft apartment with amazing views on private estate overlooking Hunter Mountain . This manicured, unique property is in the center of Hunter village , but above everyone. Walking distance to restaurants, store and the mountain. This southern exposure studio with high end finishes is located in independent guesthouse with private parking. It has plenty of play area for children outside.
    Entire place has heated floors in addition to wood stove. Small kitchen has induction stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and half fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker. Propane grill is outside the front door.
    2 queen size beds and sofabed. There is a large dining table to gather around in front wood stove and large TV.
    Perfect place for a getaway.
    UV disinfecting lamps are used.
    Freestanding AC (in the Summer) has limits- all windows must stay closed and oven can't be used for extended time, for AC to keep loft cool.
    Motion lights can not be turned off.
