"We did mealie that kitchen supplies like cups and electric products (hairdryer) had to be obtained at the front desk. We couldn’t get our room to warm up. It really was worth booking The desk clerk. Angel was amazing. We had just lost our son and every time I entered the lobby he would address me by name ask what I needed. He said he would be there the entire evening and let him know and he would take care of it. Everyone should have employees like him!!!!"
