The room door was open which was very concerning. Anyone could have walked in or have been in there when we arrived. The bathroom was not ready at all. There were no new soaps ready. The old guests’ soaps were leftover and the soapbar was lodged in the shower door. There was no toilet paper. There was only one towel for 3 guests. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The hallway lighting was flickering in the lobby which made the vibe look sketchy. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was a joke. The juice machine did not work at all. There was barely any food available. Also the coffee pot was empty and no one around to replenish it, and the food was way overcooked. Overall, very bad stay."
